With a field initially set for 48, a last-minute withdrawal due to illness brought the competition down to 47 skilled players.
The tournament commenced on Thursday, opening with a round of 32 players.

The WPBA Iron City Billiards Invitational III, held in Birmingham, Alabama, has concluded after five days of intense competition, featuring some of the world's best pool talents. This prestigious event at Iron City Billiards, starting on January 10th and concluding on January 14th, saw 80 players vying for the title in a riveting two-stage event. The top 32 players automatically advanced to the final stage, while the remaining 48 battled it out for the 16 spots to join them.
