There is no hotel shuttle. Airport Rental Cars & Uber available.

SCHEDULE:
(All times listed below are in EST - Eastern Standard Time)

Wednesday:
Mandatory Players meeting 7:30 pm.

Thursday:
12:00 pm: Start Time, final matches start at 7 pm.

Friday:
12:00 pm: 1 loss side, then continue, final matches start at 7 pm.

Saturday:
11:00 am: Restart with final matches ending around 9 pm

Sunday:
12:00 pm: Restart (Final 4 Players) with Final Match starting at approximately 3:30pm.

FORMAT:
The format for the tournament shall consist of a maximum 64-player field. The top 32 are seeded

RACE: This will be a race to 8 double elimination with a one set final, race to 10.

RANKING POINTS:
WPBA Classic Event Full points
WPA Classic Plus Stop Points

EQUIPMENT:
This event will be played on Diamond 9′ tables with Simonis 860 Cloth and using Black Aramith Balls.

STREAMING:
WPBA will be producing the live stream

ENTRY FEE is $400 ($375 Entry Fee + $25 Admin Fee).

IMPORTANT DATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION and Refunds
All players MUST respond and pay the $50 non-refundable deposit within 5 days of receiving the invite. Payment of Dues, Signed Contract and Full Entry Fee must be RECEIVED no later than 2 weeks later or by March 30th (whichever is soonest).  If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know immediately. If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all but $50 for First Stage Players and $100 for Final Stage Players. Final deadline will be April 23rd at which entries will close and no refunds issued after this deadline. Last Chance Tournament:
For those 24 players that get eliminated after the first day - you can sign up to get one more chance for only $25! Those 24 Players will have the option to participate in a Second Chance Tournament on Saturday, and will be played on 9 foot tables.

Last Chance Format:
The Tournament will be on Saturday. $1000 guaranteed added to the $25 entrance fees. Payout is based on # of entrants.
