SHUTTLE:
Please complete this form: Travel Info - 2026 WPBA Soaring Eagle no later than May 24th if you are planning to use a shuttle to/from the airport. Shuttle to/from MBS only. Book accordingly to the times listed below. All times listed are Eastern Time Zone.
Arrivals:
June 1st and 2nd: Shuttle will run from 10am – 7pm (flight arrival time).
June 3rd: Shuttle will run from 10am– 3pm (flight arrival time).
Departures:
June 7th and 8th: Shuttle will run 10am - 7pm (flight departure time).
SCHEDULE:
(All times listed below are in Eastern Time Zone)
Thursday:
9:00 am: Player’s Meeting (Mandatory).
10:00 am: Start Time ending at approximately midnight.
Friday:
10:00 am: Restart with final matches ending at approximately midnight.
Saturday:
10:00 am: Restart with final matches ending at approximately midnight.
Sunday:
12 Noon: Final 4 Players Ending at approximately 5:30pm.

FORMAT:
The format for the tournament shall consist of a maximum 64-player field double elimination (No Stages). The top 32 are seeded.
RACE: All play is Alternating Break. Race to 8. The Finals is one (1) race to 10.
ENTRY FEE:
Entry Fee: $500 (Includes a $50 Admin Fee)
WPBA RANKING POINTS:
Major Event 150% points.
This is a WPA Sanctioned Event with World Ranking Points.
EQUIPMENT:
This event is played on (8) Diamond 9′ tables with Simonis Cloth using Aramith Pro TV CUP balls. Guaranteed two practice tables.
STREAMING:
The WPBA will be streaming 2 tables, one with commentary. This table may be linked to Billiard TV for broadcasting. Personal streaming will be allowed on the 6 non WPBA streaming tables.
IMPORTANT DATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION and Refunds
All players MUST respond and pay the $50 non-refundable deposit within 5 days of receiving the invite. Payment of Dues, Signed Contract and Full Entry Fee must be RECEIVED no later than 2 weeks later or by May 3rd (whichever is soonest). If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know immediately. If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all but $50. Final deadline will be May 29th at which entries will close and no refunds issued after this deadline. GUEST PASSES:
One (1) Guest Pass per player can be purchased at a reduced cost of $35 for the full tournament (General Admission Only). This pass is for a guest of that player and not someone else’s. Passes are non-transferable and must be purchased by May 24th on the WPBA website or by Zelle.
