EVENT FORMAT
This is a Major tour stop with 150% points awarded. 9-Ball. The format for the tournament shall consist of a maximum 64-player field, double elimination, alternating break. It will be a race to 8.The Final Match is one race to 10.

GUEST PASSES
General admission guest pass for one guests can be purchased at a reduced cost of $35 each for the full tournament. Guest pass purchases must be done on the WPBA Player’s Website (or Zelle) and must be done by the deadline of 12/1/2026. Guest passes are not available onsite, so plan ahead.

EQUIPMENT
There will be 8 Tournament Tables and 2 Practice Tables. Equipment: Diamond Tables, Simonis Cloth, Aramith Balls and Perfect Racks.

ENTRY FEE
Entry fee will be $500 which includes a $50 admin fee.

IMPORTANT DATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION and Refunds
All players MUST respond and pay the $50 non-refundable deposit within 5 days of receiving the invite. Payment of Dues, Signed Contract and Full Entry Fee must be RECEIVED by October 25th.  If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know immediately. If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all but $50. Final deadline will be December 2nd at which entries will close and no refunds issued after this deadline.
