SCHEDULE
Wednesday
4:00 pm: Stage 1 Player’s Meeting
All Stage 1 Players are required to attend. Only players scheduled at 4:30pm need to be in dress code.
Play starts at 4:30 pm.

Thursday
9:30 am: Stage 1 Matches will continue.
7:00 pm: Practice and either Meet/Greet or ProAm (Host’s Choice).

Friday
10:00 am: Final Stage Begins.

Saturday
10:00 am: Final Stage Continues.

Sunday
10:00 am: Final Stage Continues.

The format for the tournament shall consist of a maximum 80-player field, double elimination. Stage 1 - 48 players with 16 advancing to the Final stage. Alternating break. Race to 7. The Final Stage is 48 players, 32 seeded, a random draw of the 16 from Stage 1. Race to 8. Final match: 1 Race to 10.

EQUIPMENT
There will be 8 Tournament Tables and 3 Practice Tables. Diamond Tables, Simonis Cloth, Aramith Balls, Taom Racks.

ENTRY FEE
Stage 1 entry fee is $375 ($325 + $50 Admin Fee).
Final Stage entry fee is $450 ($400 + $50 Admin Fee).

IMPORTANT DATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION and Refunds
All players MUST respond and pay the $50 non-refundable deposit within 5 days of receiving the invite. Payment of Dues, Signed Contract and Full Entry Fee must be RECEIVED no later than 2 weeks later or by December 19th (whichever is soonest).  If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know immediately. If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all but $50 for First Stage Players and $100 for Final Stage Players. Final deadline will be January 7th at which entries will close and no refunds issued after this deadline.
