SCHEDULE:
(All times listed below are in EST - Eastern Standard Time)
Wednesday:
Players meeting 6:30 pm, After Players Meeting: Paid Challenge Matches and picture taking with Pros - proceeds will go to the Pro.
Thursday:
12:00 pm: Start Time, final matches start at 7 pm.
Friday:
12:00 pm: 1 loss side, then continue, final matches start at 7 pm.
Saturday:
11:00 am: Restart with final matches ending around 9 pm
Sunday:
12:00 pm: Restart (Final 4 Players) with Final Match starting at approximately 3:30pm.
FORMAT:
The format for the tournament shall consist of a maximum 64-player field. The top 32 are seeded.
RACE: This will be a race to 8 double elimination with a one set final, race to 10.
ENTRY: $425 (includes a $50 admin fee for the WPBA)
EQUIPMENT:
This event will be played on Diamond 9′ tables with Simonis 860 Cloth and using Aramith Tournament Balls.

All players MUST respond and pay the $50 non-refundable deposit within 5 days of receiving the invite. Payment of Dues, Signed Contract and Full Entry Fee must be RECEIVED no later than 2 weeks later or by February 15th (whichever is soonest). If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know immediately. If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all but $50. Final deadline will be March 4th at which entries will close and no refunds issued after this deadline. Second Chance: There will be a second chance tournament offered on Saturday March 14, 2026 for anyone eliminated from the event before we reach the final 24 or 32 players (ones that are in the money). There will be $1000 added to this and it will be $25 to enter.
