SHUTTLE:
Shuttle to MBS only due to concert demand.  June 18-20th / June 23 and 24th. Book accordingly if you want a shuttle. SCHEDULE:
(All times listed below are in Eastern Standard Time)

Wednesday:  
4:00 pm: Stage 1 player meeting
5:00 pm: Start with 48 players max

Thursday:
9:30 am: Stage 1 re-starts with matches ending at approximately 6:00pm
6:30 pm: Mandatory Players Meeting for Final Stage Players (including Final 16 Players that advance from Stage 1) All other Stage 1 Players are welcomed to attend (not mandatory).
7:30 pm - Midnight: Player Appreciation Party (Chairman Suite, 7th Floor)

Friday:
10:00 am: Start time final Stage with matches ending at approximately midnight

Saturday:
10:00 am: Restart with final matches ending at approximately midnight.

Sunday:
10:00 am: Restart (Final 6 Players) with Final Match. Ending at approximately 5:00pm

FORMAT:
The format for the tournament shall consist of a maximum 80-player field with two stages. The top 32 are seeded in the Final Stage, the remaining 48 will play Stage 1.

Stage 1 will consist of up to 48 players in a double elimination format race to 7. The 48 players will be randomly drawn. The final 8 from each side will advance to the Final Stage and be randomly drawn into the first round against a 17-32 seeded opponent.

Final Stage: The Top 16 seeds will receive a first-round bye in that Final Stage. Seeds 17-32 will await a random opponent from Stage 1. 

RACE: All play is Alternating Break. Stage 1 is a race to 7. Final stage is race to 8. The Finals is one (1) race to 10. 

ENTRY FEE:
Stage 1 $400;  Final Stage $525 (Includes a $25 Admin Fee)

WPBA RANKING POINTS:
Major Event 150% points.
This is a WPA Sanctioned Event with World Ranking Points.

EQUIPMENT:
This event is played on (8) Diamond 9′ tables with Simonis Cloth using Aramith Pro TV CUP balls.

STREAMING:
The WPBA will be streaming 1-3 tables with commentary. This table will be linked to Billiard TV for broadcasting. Personal streaming will be allowed as long as both parties agree to it.

IMPORTANT DATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION and Refunds
All players MUST respond and pay the $50 non-refundable deposit within 5 days of receiving the invite. Payment of Dues, Signed Contract and Full Entry Fee must be RECEIVED no later than 2 weeks later or by May 22nd (whichever is soonest).  If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know immediately. If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all but $50 for First Stage Players and $100 for Final Stage Players. Final deadline will be June 12th at which entries will close and no refunds issued after this deadline. GUEST PASSES:
One Guest Pass per player can be purchased at a reduced cost of $30 for the full tournament. This pass is for a guest of that player and not someone else’s. Passes are non-transferable and must be purchased by June 12th on the WPBA website or by Zelle.
