AIRPORT:
Closest airport TRI (Tri-Cities TN) - 25 min travel from Borderline Billiards.

SHUTTLE:
There is no hotel shuttle. Airport Rental Cars & Uber available. However, there are limited amount of uber drivers available in the area. If special assistance is needed with travel, please reach out to Janet Atwell at (272) 356-6492 and she will do what she can to help. Arrangements for volunteer drivers will need to be made in advance so please reach out ASAP.

SCHEDULE:
(All times listed below are in EST - Eastern Standard Time)

Wednesday:  
4:00 pm: Stage 1 player meeting
5:00 pm: Start with 48 players max

Thursday:
10:00 am: Stage 1 re-starts with matches ending at approximately 6:30pm
6:30 pm: Final Stage Mandatory Player’s meeting, Casual Dress (except ProAm players)
7:30 pm: MEET & GREET followed by Pro-Am. Hors d’oeuvres available. Janet needs all available players ranked in the top 20 seeds of this event ready to participate. 

Friday:
10:00 am: Start time final Stage with matches ending at approximately midnight
1:00 pm: Last Chance Tournament begins (see more details at the end of the sheet)

Saturday:
10:00 am: Restart with final matches ending at approximately midnight.

Sunday:
10:00 am: Restart (Final 8 Players) with Final Match. Ending at approximately 3:30pm

FORMAT:
The format for the tournament shall consist of a maximum 80-player field with two stages. The top 32 are seeded in the Final Stage, the remaining 48 will play Stage 1.

Stage 1 will consist of up to 48 players in a double elimination format race to 7. The 48 players will be randomly drawn. The final 8 from each side will advance to the Final Stage and be randomly drawn into the first round against a 17-32 seeded opponent.

Final Stage: The Top 16 seeds will receive a first-round bye in that Final Stage. Seeds 17-32 will await a random opponent from Stage 1. 

RACE: Stage 1 is a race to 7. Final stage is race to 8. The Finals is one (1) race to 10.

Stage 1 $325;  Final Stage $425 (Includes a $25 Admin Fee)

EQUIPMENT:
This event is played on Brunswick 9′ tables with Simonis 860 Cloth using Aramith Tournament Balls.

STREAMING:
Janet has her new room equipped with cameras on every table. The WPBA will be streaming the arena table and one other. Janet will be streaming the other 6 matches with a possible pay per view package. There will be no personal streams allowed for this event. 

IMPORTANT DATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION and Refunds
All players MUST respond and pay the $50 non-refundable deposit within 5 days of receiving the invite. Payment of Dues, Signed Contract and Full Entry Fee must be RECEIVED no later than 2 weeks later or by March 31st (whichever is soonest).  If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know immediately. If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all but $50. Final deadline will be April 24th at which entries will close and no refunds issued after this deadline. GUEST PASSES:
$20 each, limit 2 per player. Seating may be in the pub or downstairs. Must be paid online via the WPBA Player’s Page for by Zelle. No ticket sales after April 24th.

*Based on full field of 80-Players with $20,000 guaranteed added.

Last Chance Tournament:
For those 24 players that get eliminated after the first day - you can sign up to get one more chance for only $25! Those 24 Players will have the option to participate in a Second Chance Tournament on Friday, and will be played on 9 foot tables.

Last Chance Format:
Single elimination, Race to 5. Final race to 7, pays the top 8. The Tournament will be on Friday: Noon - 6pm. $1000 guaranteed added to the $25 entrance fees. Payout is based on # of entrants.
