SCHEDULE
Wednesday 4:00pm: Stage 1 Player’s Meeting. Play follows.
Thursday 9:30am: Stage 1 Matches will continue.
Thursday 7:00pm: Final Stage Players Meeting, then Practice and Meet/Greet.
Friday 10:00am: Final Stage Begins.
The format for the tournament shall consist of maximum 80-player field, double elimination. Stage 1 - 48 players with 16 advancing to the Final stage Alternating break. Race to 7. Final Stage is 48 players, 32 seeded, random draw of the 16 from Stage 1. Race to 8. Final match: 1 Race to 10.
EQUIPMENT
There will be 8 Tournament Tables and 3 Practice Tables. Equipment: Diamond Tables, Simonis Cloth, Aramith Balls and Outsville Racks.
ENTRY FEE Stage 1 entry fee is $325 ($300 Entry Fee + $25 Admin Fee). Final Stage entry fee is $400 ($375 + $25 Admin Fee).
IMPORTANT DATES & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Non-refundable $50 deposit to hold your spot is due by November 26th. Full Entry Fee is due by December 10, 2023. Any payment received after 12/10 will incur a $25 late fee unless we have already filled your spot due to non-payment. You MUST email the office if you are planning to pay after 12/10 to make arrangements or we will assume you are giving up your spot.
Payment of 2024 Dues, Signed 2023 Contract (2023 Agreement will cover this event) and Entry Fee must be RECEIVED no later than December 10, 2023.

REFUNDS
If you are unable to attend for any reason, please let us know immediately. If we can fill your spot, we will refund you all but $50. If you are in the Final Stage and it is less than 2 weeks prior to the event, the cancellation fee will be $100. (This will be used for the player that is advancing to the final stage but was not able to take advantage of the benefits.) Any last-minute cancellations that we are not able to fill, there will be no refunds.
